the otherhand, and I am in no way trying to scare you, it is going to be tough to do. As a certified drug and alcohol counselor, I can tell you that it is THE hardest habit to break. Tobacco is not only physically addicative but it is also psychologically addictive, more so than even heroine. However it is doable with positive reinforcement. Also, if I may suggest, have something to satisfy your oral fixation. An example would be a toothpick or hard candy. It will help immensley. Good luck, I'll be e-mailing you every so often to see how you are doing. It helps alot also if people close to you know what your attempting since they can keep you "on track".
